Over 25 years of leadership experience in the management of luxury and retail companies across Brazil and the broader LATAM market, with deep expertise in the wholesale sector.

Extensive career working with LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics – Oversaw operations for subsidiaries and agents representing Dior, Givenchy, Guerlain, and

Kenzo, Chanel – Managed both wholesale and retail channels for Fashion and Perfumes & Cosmetics

Tory Burch – Led fashion retail operations, with strong expertise in start - up development and market entry. Known for a strategic, hands - on approach and a solid track record in building brand presence, launching new ventures, and driving sustainable growth in highly competitive markets.. 

With over 13 years of experience at LVMH across Brazil, the United States, and Canada in key leadership roles within Dior and Givenchy Perfumes & Cosmetics.

In 2011, he played a pivotal role in the post - merger integration of Sacks and the launch of Sephora Brazil, serving as Chief Financial Officer during the company's market entry and early growth phase.

He later assumed the role of CFO at Zara Brazil. 

An accomplished executive with over 30 years of leadership experience managing top - tier luxury beauty and cosmetic brands within the Canadian market, including L'Oréal, Clarins Group, and Quadrant Cosmetics(P&G).

Possesses deep expertise in wholesale and distribution business models, with a consistent track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and navigating complex, dynamic markets.

Most recently served as General Manager at Clarins Group for 12 years, leading the Latin America and Travel Retail Americas divisions from the regional headquarters in Miami, delivering strategic growth and operational excellence across multiple territories.
